I like this location a lot. I have been to literally every BWW in the area and this one is probably my favorite, though it does get INSANELY busy! (UFC fight nights/big sports nights) Most recently my boyfriend and I went on an off-peak time (Saturday at 4 when there weren't any events on the tv) and sat at a table in the bar area. we had the BEST service! the waitress was super sweet and very attentive. we didn't wait long for anything at all. granted, it was not busy, but we've been there on busy nights and it's been good service as well. My boyfriend and I ALWAYS get the deep fried cheese curds (I'm sure they are so bad for you but they are just so good in that tangy dipping sauce ) we both got tall coors as they were on special (as they usually are) and we split a large order of wings. we ended up trying the angry orchard fiery apple wings and holy cow those things are good! they're not hot really, I mean I'd say they're more mild as far as BWW goes...but they have a great sweet cinnamon note on the front and then a little heat on the back. my boyfriend and I were fighting over them! I always get the garlic Parmesan wings and he gets the fiery habanero. we were both very pleased with the food--it came out quick and hot! :) but the real reason I feel compelled to write this review is their newest cocktails! they have a new cocktail with Tuaca, it is really strong (it's got southern comfort in it) but REALLY tasty! I also got some kind of cider cocktail which is also new and I just loved it. it had pieces of peach in it and was very refreshing! I was very impressed with these new additions, as was the bf. all in all a good time!

Solid Buffalo Wild Wings location. Plenty of space and screens to watch whatever game you fancy. The staff at this location is friendly and engaging, but oftentimes can lose track and leave you hanging even when they aren't busy. Nevertheless, if I'm looking for a spot to grab some wings that are going to give me my fill of familiar and easy flavors, while offering the occasional step out with the seasonal offerings, Buffalo Wild Wings (this location in particular) is my go to spot. Not much better that I've run into in RVA. Neither a point of acclaim or an indictment against the place.

I thought I'd stop in for a quick drink while waiting for my wife to get off work. I sat there quietly when out of left field, no pun intended, the Bartender started talking about most wars are started over religion. Then changed the subject and said he wanted a hover board like the one in Back To The Future. I figured it was time to leave.

2 of the past 5 visits I have been ignored for over 10 minutes leading to me finally getting up and leaving and going to another establishment down the street (kick back jack's). Maybe it's because I'm not like the rest of the clientele (cough minority cough). Maybe I should visit wearing camouflage and than I'll get at least get offered water or the basic "hey I'll be right with you guys just really swamped". I hate to play the race card but it's hard not to when you look around and everyone is getting attention except the table with the two latinos (college educated professionals or are we undocumented landscapers, same thing right guys? Oh wait you are too busy to even make eye contact my apologies) Truthfully the only reason I go is because they play sports and wings. Nothing outside the ordinary but the service is horrendous more often than not. Even when it's good, it would be average anywhere else. Besides the last time being ignored (not even offered water or even acknowledged) the server was more preoccupied in trying to leave to go hang out with his buddies than even paying attention to me. I get it dude you have an awesome life away from serving but when you're at work fake it (like your significant other does). If you like wings, sports and shitty service. This is the location for you!!!

I almost didn't add this review since I couldn't give this place 0 stars. This place has no redeeming qualities whatsoever. The wait staff is rude, the service is crap, and when (that is 'if') you get your food. It's microwave quality fodder. Save your money and go to a Sheetz or a Wawa.

Staff is excellent. Great with the kids and prompt with the food. 3 stars because of the quality of the food. I ordered a side salad, and felt that the salad wast not crisp or fresh. I probably should expect this from a chain restaurant but I always hope for freshness.

Literally the slowest service in any restaurant. It takes 15 minutes for the server to arrive. It takes 15 minutes for your drinks to come. It takes an hour for your food to arrive. I am only writing this review after experiencing this for the 3rd time. Pick another BW3s.

We went in this establishment the other night to watch basketball, it was only about half full. The server took 15 min to even approach the table. After placing our order and getting the first round of beer and food it was another 20 min before the server checked up on us. When we were ready to leave we had to flag down our server to get our check. Consistently we would see the four servers working the bar area clustered in the corner chatting amongst each other and ignoring their customers. I was told if you sit at the bar this doesn't happen but the worthless servers are a common thing.

We waited more than 10 min in the hostess stand after that one of guy came and help us to be seated in table . Our server came after 10 minutes . He took our drinks and food order and they came after 40 minutes even that was not busy . Services sucks Chicken wings sucks Never wanna go back again....never They don't even deserve single star ... Everything sucks

My boyfriend and I have been to this location a few times hoping/thinking that it'll get better, but the truth is we always leave disappointed. The service is ok, but the kitchen or the communication on how to cook the food sucks. I am a bit picky when it comes to my wings but I let them know right off that I want them "burnt crispy" they look at me and laugh but i repeat with all seriousness that I am not joking. I tell them to leave them cooking for a LONG time, but they never seem to grasp the concept, they always come out squishy. I could understand if I forget to specify how I'd like them cook but I honestly repeat it to them at least 3 times and they fail to listen. When they do bring them out and are not to my liking, they excuse themselves with "we are not allowed to cook them more than 25 min" which is b.s. because my order comes out perfectly at the one near VCC. Hence to say I think we will NOT be going back to that one anymore.

Fried food heaven. If you love bar food, then this is your nirvana. Great place to come if you enjoy plenty of beer, fried foods, and want enough different TVs to satiate a sports squirrel on meth. If you have a date, a work group, or a remote interest in your health - stay away.

Stopped by BW3 because we have no power at home. This place was packed with soccer fans who were screaming every time someone scored. (slightly annoying but it goes with the place) Service was lame, no one came to the table until we went to tell the Host's we were there. That was disappointing because I havent been there in a while and I've always had such a good experience here. Anyway, on to the food... No surprise, we ordered 24 wings, with honey bbq sauce on the side, potato slices and berry lemonade. Everything was delicious... The fries were great, but they needed something on them so i put chipotle spice on it... They were banging. I made the mistake of ordering the wings dry thinking I don't like "wet" wings, and when they came out they were so ugly and tasteless.. I doused them in the sauce and that brought them back to life thank god. Best part of the night was whooping my bf in trivia. Food was so-so... Zzzz I may not go back for a while since I wasn't thrilled with it this time... :(

Having lived in Richmond for an extended amount of time, I understand that getting dinner on any given Saturday night is going to be a challenge. I can safely say that I had the worse time eating at bdubs last night. It was like pulling teeth. At one point I felt like I was a burden to our server to actually get what we needed. It took us double the amount of time just to be seated and get a beverage than us actually eating our food. I understand a restaurant being busy and we would have to wait. But looking over at the server station it was all of them just standing there conversing. To add to the disaster of our visit the food was so foul. We've been to this bdubs countless numbers of times, and they never cease to astound me how consistently bad they are. The food tonight was the saddest wings I have ever seen. They looked like they were accidentally dropped on the ground for flavoring, and that is actually how it tasted last night. We had to give up eating them after the first few wings. All in all if you ever decide to go, make sure you avoid the server named Nicole. This lady does not care about your presence. In fact the only time I saw this lady smile was when we were getting ready to leave. I feel like we may actually drive the extra miles to be at another bdubs the next time.

I stopped eating at this location because after numerous tries, the service never got any better. The kitchen is slow even when there aren't many customers. I will drive the extra miles to another location. The management is rude and unhelpful as well.

would have given 5 stars except the service is terrible.. the guys servers suck.. the girls are really really nice and do their job well though i waited like 10 min for water and had to ask someone who wasn't even our server to refill it which wouldn't have been a problem normally except my mouth was killing me from the spiciness so i ate the ice while i waited and the dessert nachos were so sad looking.. usually there's 4 big scoops of ice cream with cinnamon and caramel and chocolate but each ice cream scoop was like a tablespoon of ice cream.... i get it tho, they probably thought they wouldn't get tipped well so might as well skimp on the service too.. but thats not true bc i usually tip way more than 20% so treat all your customers well!!!!! will not return here..

While the atmosphere was somewhat lively for a Sunday afternoon, the overall experience was mediocre. Service was neglectful, table lacked cleanliness and the food was sub-par. Ultimate Nachos lacked flavor and the Mozzarella Sticks were fried long enough for the cheese to pour out in the fryer. While the Mango Habanero wings were hot, they lacked the Mango flavor. Finished with the disappointing recommend cheesecake bites; again, they were fried for too long. This was the second and last attempt at this establishment.

We ate here on Wednesday. They are supporting the local high school fundraiser, so we stopped by for dinner to do our part. Great place to watch a ball game and have a Guinness on tap! We had all kinds of wings, with all kinds of sauces - each was very good. Especially he Hot - it was good and spicy. The mango habanero was the best I thought. Great service too. Our waitress was pretty busy, but still made us feel like she had all day for us. A win win - they support the community, we support them - and get great great food and drink. Thanks BWW! J
